What ReloReward is

ReloReward is a real estate referral service. We connect buyers and sellers with licensed local real estate agents. We are operated by Patrick Carey, a licensed real estate professional in Massachusetts. Outside our licensed market, we act only as a referral source and do not provide real estate brokerage services; the local agent and brokerage we refer you to provide those services.

No cost and no obligation

Using our matching service is free, and you are never obligated to work with an agent we suggest. You may choose your own agent at any time.

The closing credit

Eligible clients may receive a closing credit of $500–$1,000 when they close a purchase or sale with an agent we refer. This credit is not guaranteed and is available only:

• where permitted by the law of the state where the property is located;
• when approved by the relevant broker, lender, and title/closing agent; and
• when disclosed on the closing statement where required.

To be eligible you must be new to us, not already committed to another agent, allow us to make the referral before you engage the agent, and close with the referred agent. The credit is never conditioned on using any particular lender, title company, or settlement provider. Commissions and credits are negotiable and are not fixed or required by law. If the credit is not permitted or approved, it will not be paid, and we will tell you up front.

Limitation of liability

We work to connect you with quality agents, but we do not control their performance and are not responsible for the services they provide or the outcome of any transaction. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited.

Governing law
