Built by a real, licensed agent

I'm Patrick — a licensed Massachusetts real estate agent with over a decade of experience. Referral fees usually disappear behind the scenes when you're matched with an agent; I think part of that money should come back to the person actually buying or selling. Every agent in this network is held to the same standard I hold myself to.

How it works

Three steps. No cost, no lock-in.

You were going to need an agent anyway. Let us make the introduction first, and we'll share part of our referral fee back with you.

1

Tell us your move

Two minutes: where you're going, your timeline, buying or selling.

2

We match you

We introduce you to a vetted local agent — before you commit to anyone.

3

Close and get paid back

Close with that agent and eligible clients get $500–$1,000 back, where state rules allow.

$500–$1,000back to eligible buyers and sellers at closing — funded from our referral fee, never from added costs to you.
Why we do this

Most referral fees vanish behind the scenes. We'd rather share ours.

When we refer you to a local agent, that agent's broker pays us a referral fee. We give part of it back to you. The only catch: let us introduce you before you pick your agent, and close with the agent we refer. Credits are available where permitted by your state and approved at closing.

Estimate your reward.

Drag to your expected home price. This is a planning estimate, not a quote — your actual eligibility and amount depend on your state, transaction, and standard closing approvals.

Get matched with a local agent

Tell us about your move. We'll call or text you fast — usually within minutes.

No cost. No obligation. Your info is never sold.

You're in — talk soon.

We got your details and we'll reach out fast to make your introduction. Keep an eye on your phone.

Thanks — one honest note.

Because you're already working with an agent, the money-back credit isn't available (it only works when we make the introduction first). We've still received your info and we're glad to help however we can — we'll be in touch.

Questions

The short version.

Am I eligible?

You likely qualify if you haven't signed with an agent yet, we make the introduction first, the receiving broker accepts the referral, and your transaction closes in a state where the reward is allowed and properly disclosed.

What's the catch?

One real ask: let us make the intro before you sign with an agent. No fee to you, no obligation to use who we suggest — the reward comes out of our referral fee when a qualifying deal closes.

Already know an agent?

We may still be able to help — as long as you haven't signed with them or started working together yet, and their brokerage accepts the referral first.

Why do I have to let you refer me before I pick an agent?

The referral fee only exists if we make the introduction before you engage the agent. No introduction, no fee — and no fee to share.

What if my state doesn't allow the credit?

A handful of states restrict these credits. If yours is one, we'll tell you up front and still connect you with a strong local agent.

Will this affect my mortgage?

Any credit is disclosed on your closing statement and must be approved by your lender and title company. It's never tied to which lender or title company you use.
